The olive trees at Five Otters are primarily Arbequina with some Arbosana and Koroneiki, creating a field blend of olive fruits milled into grassy green olive oil with a silky nutty-butter taste and a slightly peppery finish. Olives are grown and handpicked at Five Otters olive orchard in Eastman, Georgia.
